Orders & Registration

Q: How do I place an order?
First, you need to create an account. Click (here). Once registered as member, feel free to browse through our website for all available releases. You are also able to view all the latest new releases simply by clicking the ‘New Arrival’ link or if you have a particular shawl in mind, you can search for it using the search bar. To purchase, select the size and quantity you would like to have them in. Then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The item(s) will automatically be added into the cart on the top right hand corner of your window! Click ‘Checkout’ to proceed with your order.
After checking out, you will receive a confirmation email which contains the invoice for your order. Your order will be processed accordingly and tracking number will be updated once your parcel is posted out.

Q: I can’t add my order into cart
Your web browser probably has “cookies” disabled. What’s a cookie? It’s a delicious sweet, but it’s also a small file stored on your computer that keeps track of what you’re doing online. This file allows us to ‘remember’ what’s in your shopping bag. So remember to enable it to ensure smoother shopping experience the next time. 🙂

Q: I need help with my orders

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
At ZEEZ payment can be made through using SenangPay (FPX) for online banking and Direct Bank Transfer. All payments must be settled before your order is completely checked out. Do contact us immediately if you encounter any problem along the way. For Direct Bank Transfer payment method you need to provide us payment receipt to us for proceed with the order.

Q: Can I cancel my order? How?
Yes of course, but you need to inform us as soon as possible so that your order won’t be processed accordingly. If your order has been shipped out, we will need to you to return it back to us and reimbursement will be made in the form of store credit.

Q: Can I change my order after checking out?
Yes you can. Kindly email your order exchange details to +6018-782 1494.

Q: I received wrong item/my item is missing. What should I do?
Oh dear! We truly apologise for that. Kindly contact us at +6018-782 1494 for immediate assistance.

Q: Do you do restock and how do I check on it?
